Who we are

Slasher Camp AI (slashercampai.com) is an online service that makes digital images with artificial intelligence: retro-styled portraits made from one photo of yourself. By using it or making a purchase you agree to these Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Waffo, the merchant of record for all our orders. Waffo is the seller of record: it processes the payment, charges and remits sales tax or VAT, issues the invoice or receipt, and handles payment questions and refund payouts.

Accounts

There are no accounts and no passwords. You pay as a guest through Waffo, which asks for your email address for the receipt. Your portraits are reachable through a private result link that we show after payment, remember in a cookie on your device and email to you (in the email “Your Slasher Camp AI portraits are ready”); anyone with the link can download the portraits made with it, so keep it private. If you lose the link, we can send a one-time code to the email address you paid with to find it again.

Purchases and delivery

Portrait packs are digital goods sold as one-time purchases: there is no subscription, no trial and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. The product, what it contains and its price are shown before you pay, and nothing is charged until you confirm the payment on the payment page. An order you start but do not pay can be abandoned, or cancelled with one click on its order page; it is never charged.

Free previews are watermarked, lower-resolution and limited in number; they let you see the result before you buy. After payment we generate your portraits and deliver them as downloads on your private result link, usually within a few minutes. Each paid order includes one free re-roll: you may have one set of four scenes generated again, once, after you confirm it, while the order’s photo is kept (seven days after the order).

If a generation fails, we retry it automatically. If a part of your order still cannot be delivered, that part is refunded and the rest is delivered (see the Refund Policy). AI results vary: the likeness to your photo is not guaranteed.

Credits

Where a product is sold as credits instead of packs, the price of each generation in credits is shown before you start. Credit packs are one-time purchases; credits from a pack are valid for twelve months from purchase. Subscription credits are valid until the end of the billing period they belong to. If a generation fails, times out, or the AI provider declines it, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Subscriptions, auto-renewal and cancellation

Portrait packs are never sold as subscriptions. Where a subscription is offered, it is shown as one before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. By subscribing you expressly agree to this automatic renewal.

You can cancel any time from your account page or by writing to support@slashercampai.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period and its credits remain available until the period ends. We tell you before any price change takes effect.

AI-generated content

All outputs are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, unexpected or resemble existing works. Check every output before you use or publish it, and do not present it as a real photo or footage or as made by a person.

Subject to these Terms and the law, you may use your outputs for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for your prompts, the photos you upload and how you use the outputs. Uploads: Slasher Camp AI is for adults (18 or older). Upload only one clear photo of yourself, or of another adult who has agreed to it, with exactly one person in the picture. Photos of children, of celebrities or public figures, of anyone without their consent, and photos you do not have the right to use are not allowed.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Slasher Camp AI to create or attempt to create: face swaps or deepfakes of real people, video-to-video edits of real people, content that puts words in a real person’s mouth, nude or "undressed" images of anyone, sexual or pornographic content, any sexual content involving minors, content that harasses, threatens or promotes hate or violence, instructions for weapons, explosives or drugs, forged documents or currency, malware, fraud or scams, content that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy, or anything illegal where you live.

Requests are checked before you are charged; refused requests are not charged. We may refuse service to, or suspend the accounts of, anyone who tries to get around these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities. Our Acceptable Use Policy (slashercampai.com/acceptable-use) sets out these rules in full and forms part of these Terms.

Models: Portraits are generated with OpenAI GPT Image. We access the model through an API; your photo is sent only to make your portraits, and we do not train or host our own model.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it is always available or that outputs meet your expectations. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Your photo, adults only, and consent

You must be 18 or older to use Slasher Camp AI. Upload only a photo of yourself, or of another adult who has agreed to it, with one person in the picture. Do not upload photos of children, of celebrities or public figures, or of anyone without their consent.

Slasher Camp AI is an independent, fan-inspired photo tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any film, television series, studio or network, and uses no characters, names or logos from them.
